He has graduated from Agriculture Academy in Poznañ and from Physical Education Academy in Wrocaw-teaching faculty.
Since 1973 he has practised martial arts.
At present, he is a teacher of physical education, selfdefence, tactics and intervention techniques, and multifunctional stick "tonfa".
He is a shooting instructor.

He is a teacher at the Higher State Vocational School in Kalisz.

He is an international instructor of martial arts.

at The Central Training Centre of Prison Service in Kalisz. The seminar invites aproximately 150 people
(Poland, Germany, Hungary, the USA, Swicerland, Belgium, Romania, France, Italy, Mongolia, Chech Republic, Israel etc.).
He has conducted trainings for uniformed service:
the Police, the Green Police, the Army, The Central Investigation Office, The Home Security Agency, the City Guards and Security businesses.
He is the author of many publications on selfdefence and risk situations.
